When Warranty Becomes Void

Warranty will no longer exist when:

(a) We reserve the right to suspend the warranty or refuse service if your Case, Motherboard, CPU or BIOS have been replaced without authorization. Any tampering, repair or modification by unauthorized personnel voids the warranty.

(b) Should you take any goods purchased from us to a 3rd party and have them attempt to diagnose or repair a fault on the computer, you may VOID all warranties on the order and we will not cover the costs of any onsite or call out charges as we do not provide or charge you for onsite warranties. If you have any problems with your order you must contact us for advice and if necessary obtain an RMA number and return the item to us through the specified returns procedure.

c) In the event of any failure of software or hardware, we will not be held liable to replace, re-install or compensate for any software that is lost, damaged or corrupted. This exclusively applies to software provided free of charge by us or any third party software that was installed by you.

Submit Your Warranty Claim

Any claim under Warranty must be notified to us via email within seven days after discovering the alleged manufacturing defect at support@veno-scorp.co.uk and must include proof of purchase, including date of purchase, and description of the alleged defect. You must also provide us with any further information we may reasonably request from time to time concerning your claim.

Suppose we discover that our Warranty does not cover the alleged defect. In that case, you must, immediately, upon demand, reimburse us for all of our reasonable documented expenses incurred concerning your claim.

If indeed such product is defective, our Warranty solely covers repair or replacement of that portion of our product proven to be defective due to a manufacturing defect.  In case a replacement product is not available, we may provide a product of a similar grade. Please note that an exact colour or pattern match may not be available.

Note that: Replacement or repair of a product does not re-start the applicable warranty period.

Liabilities

We do not accept liability for any direct loss, indirect loss, consequential loss or damage which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of our product which in any way deviates from our written specifications, instructions, recommendations, shelf-life limitations, technical datasheets; or any recognised general or industry standards.

Transfer of Warranty

Also, note that Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred by you. If the Warranty's term is illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining terms' legality or enforceability will not be affected or impaired.

This section contains your entire agreement with Veno Scorp UK in relation to its subject matter (that is, to Warranty of any product you purchase from us). All previous statements (except for fraudulent, false statements) and agreements are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

This also means that you have agreed to submit to the English courts 'exclusive jurisdiction in any way regarding any disputes arising from the Warranty.

The Warranty can only be changed or extended in writing. Any changes must be approved in writing by us through the technical service department to be binding on us.

Please note that you cannot assign or transfer Warranty to any other person. Warranty is between Veno Scorp UK and you, the purchaser, only.

If any of our warranty terms are illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining terms' legality or enforceability will not be affected or impaired.
